IBDDAIC DEFINITION OF SUCCESS:
To add "depth" to your decisional process and coaching by exploring critical areas of personal protection through "hands on" training.
Our IBDD Advanced Instructor Certification class was developed for Image Based Decisional Drills Certified Instructors that want to add more depth to their knowledge through first hand experiences. With this style of continuing education, your coaching skills will be stronger because you are speaking from personal exploration, and not just passing on information from others. With the use of our own IBDD Image Cards, IBDD Instructors will move to the next level of coaching.
This training weekend is a mixture of scenarios, working with "actors" and props, tool cycling, timed drills, and more. You will be able to help others learn how critical it is to understand "Reactionary Zones" and how TIME and SPACE effects your ability to respond. During this 2 day course, as your skills increase, so will your challenges. We invite you to join us as we explore the troupes and clichés that we all hear in class like, "never bring a knife to a gun fight", "I would just shoot him/her", "I would just run away", "why would you pre-deploy your pepper spray?", "I was in fear for my life", "I have plenty of time to get to my gun, no matter where I carry it or where it is hidden in the house", or even "I will hold them at gunpoint until help arrives". With the help of science, math and expert knowledge, The Complete Combatant will help you gain the personal experience to answer the above questions, and so much more, so you can take away many "what ifs" in your client's mind and guide them to better GOOD first decisions.

Image Based Decisional Drills ADVANCED Instructor Certification course has 2 instructors, Brian Hill and Shelley Hill of The Complete Combatant. Brian will be your head coach and Shelley will join you when her schedule allows.
Prerequisite:
Your Image Based Decisional Drills ADVANCED Instructor Certification will be issued from The Complete Combatant. This means you have attended an 18 hour course and have successfully accomplished the requirements to become an ADVANCED Instructor Graduate. Please make note that just because you attend an IBDDAIC course does not mean you automatically receive an ADVANCED graduate status. Course standards must be met. We will offer you ZOOM classes to help you on your IBDDAIC journey and when you have successfully accomplished the requirements, we will celebrate with you and gladly mail you your IBDD ADVNCED Instructor Certificate. |
